    The public is invited to the Naval Air Station Meridian POW-MIA Recognition Ceremony and 9-11 Commemoration scheduled today, beginning at 10 a.m. in Hangar One on board NAS Meridian. 
    The featured speaker will be Glenn D. Frazier, a Bataan Death March survivor, who served as a POW from April 9, 1942 to Sept. 4, 1945.
